Thank you so much. I will look into the Mediterranean Diet. I've tried the Keto Diet, but it was such a fail for me.. my friends have tried it and they are doing well... they are not big carb eaters to begin with.. they workout much more than I do. My niece takes cycling classes but we know where that's going as far as I'm concerned. I try to go at a steady pace on the treadmill and elliptical at my gym. Also enrolled in silver sneakers classes. They offer classes in the gym as well as online ...I'm down 3 lbs and it took me awhile to wrestle and keep it going down. Don't want to ride that wave again. Thank you for your support.
