Didn't really expect the scale to come down this week because haven't been keeping track and eating whatever I wanted. Been pretty sick for a few days but think I will be better in a couple days. 1 and a half pounds isn't too bad, can't complain about that, lol!!!
Hope all my buddies are doing great! Will catch up on my journal reading later today ;0
