starting my week 2 of being carnivore. have not been strict, I did find myself eating 1/2 cup of vegetables on some days...just to cleanse my palate of the fatty flavor.

been noticed some changes already, hot flush still on going but noticed that I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore. less hay fever (ruuny nose) at night and morning only.

No problem with BM, continue to do daily,not constipated at all.

I do torino or monk fruit on my coffee with butter. I started adding heavy cream today. I am 90 % sticking on it.

weight is stable but not too worried about it. I do love that I don't have to count my calories and carbs!!!

maybe I'll do Youtube, tiktok or insta journal.
