WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: -2 lbs from last week my energy is still not up there, and it crashes even more in the afternoon. i am scared to hit a plateau. just this monday, i started mixing up my workout routine and doing my best now to drink more water. let’s see where it takes us next wednesday. 🤞 reminding myself and everyone here to focus more on NSVs because the scale can sometimes be discouraging. we got this! 💪 have a wonderful rest of the week FSF! 💖
