I started recording my calories last Saturday the 5th February. Had less than 1000 calories for a few days and went for a run couples of days and did weight lifting. bacically burn around 2000 calories per day. Lost quickly 2 kilos. Yesterday had a headache and skip exercises, had couple of glasses Cava and consumed 1300 calories. This morning I feel great but weight stays the same. Thinking to go for a run and stuck eoth 1200 calories a day . have an awesome day everyone 💗
