This is the wrong way for you. Get baking. Have cake and custard for afters. A nice upsidedown cake with pineapple rings and extra cherries and double golden syrup will help.

If you google food first approach you'll find some advice and recipes for increasing the calories in meals to fight against unintentional weight loss. Some simple things it recommends include using full fat milk / cream in porridge, mashed potato, adding cheese where you can etc. Good luck

keep going. U can put it back on love. plenty of cake and try and snack as much as possible. I buy lots of little things I get my partner to snack on with a cuppa we're all behind I x
