Did not follow my diet while we were on vacation Thursday - Sunday but I'm back and on track. Stayed in my calorie goal Monday and Tuesday tomorrow will do the same and if it's nice out, go for a walk. If not, pull out wii fit. If Ellie is clingy agIn tomorrow, I'll do yoga with her in her Moby, or housework.
