Back up to 143.6 this morning. Despite the gain, I am actually pretty excited, because the fluctuations I've been experiencing in the past few days have been getting smaller. I hope this means that the number on the scale is reflecting true weight loss and not just water loss. Breaking into the 130s will be the true test. For the past couple of years, my weight has bounced around from 140 to over 160. I haven't been below 140 in four years. Now it really seems like that milestone is within reach :)

Yesterday was my first time exercising on the program. It's been quite a while since I've had regular exercise, because I am working full-time and going to school some nights. It wasn't as tough as I thought it would be though. I think all the water must really help with stamina.
