Yesterday I had my appointment with the practice nurse...my blood test results (sugars) was up there at 48.
Bit of a coaching conversation about diabetes and that I have another blood test at the end of the month to confirms or disprove the level.
So between now and the 21st, to better my chances to avoid medication it a keto diet for me, it worked back in early 2020...then Covid Cuisine hit, not to mention comfy trousers and a lack of commuting.
Bad knee and body conscious, lets see how it goes eh?
