I went from my lowest weight on this app ever to this AGAIN. I gained almost 10 kg!
I don't really have an excuse, it just keeps happening. I've lost and regained weight hundreds of times and I don't know how to make the loss permanent.
I've tried every diet known to man, counting calories, exercising, etc. It's been a battle for me since I was 12 years old and I'm 41 now.
It's a negative outlook to have, but I feel like I should give up and just accept that I'll always be morbidly obese. 😐
