Documenting my food is getting me to shed this fat fast. Last night rather than stuff my face with popcorn while watching a movie I had two slices of graham crackers. I was able to drink my 4 beers and not get more. The key was buying a 6 pack and giving the other two to my gf who also started fatsecret just yesterday. Today though I am a bit worried. I woke up at 6am to watch the toddler while the gf goes to work so now I have more hours awake to think about eating. Messing with the food journal I'm trying to come up with my meals, knowing I'm going to visit friends tonight and will be having beer and pizza. I figure I can find a way to fit in 4 slices of medium pizza as well as four beers but I will have to sacrifice a small lunch to do so. I'll also have to minimize my snacks. I am beginning to wonder if my alcohol is really worth it, if I could only have two I would be able to enjoy a snack or two today. I'm going to keep toying with this thing but I can't allow myself to go over the 100%. I would rather lose the fat than drink an extra beer, even if means I have to skip socializing with my buddies.
