I am so trying. I have not worked out in like 4 months or so. I have to get back in a routine. It is hard when you have three jobs and no days off. I know I do it to myself but hey times are changing. Just wish my body did as fast as the world is. Lol 😂

Stress can turn off weight loss. I know you'll figure it out, but for now that sounds so challenging. Overwork with no break will wear you down.

@erikahollister I know stress will help but really don’t have a lot of stress. I do me sometimes and working out just does not fit in it yet. It will soon I hope.
