WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: -1 lb from last week Finally, the scale dropped after almost 3 weeks of being stuck on 170-169! I’m glad I trusted the process of gaining weight and plateauing after adding more strength and resistance training to my exercise routine. Though the weight loss slowed down, the inches kept coming off! I started my lifestyle change with a 43” waist and 53” hips. Today, my waist is at 34” and hips at 41”! I am just so happy to see the results of my hard work and discipline, of my struggles with consistency and getting off track and getting back on again. I GOT THIS! PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION! ☺️
