Day 40 A day of rest and around 100 calorie deficit. Not at all worried about the increase I did a little planting prep in the greenhouse and nothing else of note all day.
I am meant to be running today my last long run for a week as I taper down. At the moment that looks like not happening because of the wind and rain. Hopefully though I will get a chance sometime.
