Lost another 1/2 lb, bit of a surprise. I've been on staycation this week, just trying to get some housecleaning done plus studying for the personal trainer exam that's part of my Capstone for the exercise science degree. This is gonna be a strange year for me, I turn 62 this Sunday 3/20, and will both graduate and retire in May, LOL! Anyway, today is St. Patrick's Day, and I'm wearing a green t-shirt & plan to celebrate with a little bit of Jameson - just a bit, you know. Then back on the wagon tomorrow! Hope everyone has a great evening, and no hangover for tomorrow🤣🤣🤣
