Mmm... the old bod liked the calories. Especially the carbs. It will be interesting to see the weight in over the next few days. I don't mind cutting. 1800 is awfully low, but it allows me the higher cals on lifting day, which I really enjoy. All within the cut calories. 3 days a week instead of 4 means dropping and extra 500 over the course of the week.

I'm nervous to check how many carb grams you ate just to get to 3k. Well back to the routine and hopefully no withdrawal symptoms.
