WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: -3 lbs from last week. Yesterday was my lowest weight to date at 162.4 lbs. as i have posted yesterday, i am now BMI classified as overweight from obese class 2. this is such a big accomplishment for me and i am probably one of the happiest people to be overweight 😁 i am more than half way to my goal but i still have a long way to go. but since this is now a lifestyle and not a diet, i would just keep going. we got this! cheers to health and life FSF!
