Bumped my carbs up yesterday and will be doing so again today as well. My body was getting worn out and I needed a break. I was planning on bumping up to 40 NC starting yesterday, but ended up around 45. Also had a shot of whiskey last night. I will be around 50 NC today, then I will bump it back down to about 40 NC for the rest of the week, depending on how I feel. I may go back up to 45 NC pretty quickly. Thursday I'll be going out for my birthday dinner, and I'll have another shot then.
