Feeling great. Might need to reset my goal down to 165 lbs but let's first get to well under 170. Will then need to tone up the belly a bit and get those jeans taken in. Have eased off on the fruit and nut mix, lucky there is none left in the house. My sweet fix comes with fruit now. A bit boring but that is life!
