The weight is going back up...
I really really need to get motivated - but at the moment I just seem to turn to food for comfort. It has been a very emotional week - visiting the day centre my dad used to attend and talking to his brother - just stirs up memories of my dad too much...
Hopefully, this week will be a better one...

Totally understand what you're going through, I'm an "emotional eater" also. In the past 3 months I've gained about 10 pounds, and I've been blaming it on the stress and loss I've experienced in that period of time.
