Did a quick peek at the scale today. Did OK. the arrow moved in the right direction. Sooooo sososososo tired. They said cutting back on carbs would do that for a while. OK, gotta deal with that.
Brought breakfast and lunch to the office because I arrive at 5:30. 2 soft boiled and 3 slices of pre-cooked bacon. 30 sec.in the microwave. I'm the only one in at that time so the smell of bacon does not disturb the office.
