Haven’t been here since 4/4/22, foods been awful and weight is going up. I am on the struggle bus. I’m struggling with the “life is short eat what I want” mindset 😩. I know what I need to do and today I’m jumping on it again.

You’re not the only one- the lack of structure around Spring break wasn’t kind to my scale & I’m back on it today too! You can do it! What’s your game plan? I’m doing a sugar detox again this week and focusing on 2 meals a day/no snacks. Also throwing away the sweetened coffee creamer I got for hubby that he doesn’t like but apparently is calling my name lol
