Week 5 day 2- tummy work...I was at gym at 6:30am this morning, had a good workout, and headed off to the Courtroom at 9:00am. Needed a coffee at 11:30 and i walk in this caffeteria and i hear myself ordering pastry, not x 1, but x 2. I haven't had these savoury delicacies for a few months and I usually stop at 1, next thing i know, i order a 3rd one and was even considering getting a sweet pastry until i got hold of myself. I had planned to eat bananas today but i wasn't carrying any with me so plan quickly went out of the window. Experienced massive stomach pain after consuming these pastries and i tried to register it in my memory as a reminder that i don't need these foods! My body has got used to lovely fresh vegs and fruits and clearly i had issues with pastry so I hope i have learnt my lesson today....if i do get occasionaly, i should stick to 1 only. Tonight BLT class so hoping to work it off.
