Another one (or 2.2) bites the dust! Good-bye fat, please forget to write. I'm loving this lifestyle change. I have so much more energy. I feel better in my clothes. I'm digging the hula hoop challenge, and even learning tricks. Exercise is play time again. Even when I think I'm pigging out I manage to keep my calories under control. I'm hoping that means my stomach is shrinking. I'm not saying it's all been easy. I still fight off the occasional craving or urge to eat too much, but I just distract myself and it goes away. Here's to hoping I can keep it up.
