Good morning there!
Yesterday I read in my mailbox here a nice and encouraging message to continue what I've started. Interestingly how a small message can help! I feel that I have strength and determination to continue my way again and follow the recommendations of Dr.Dukan.
I also received pictures from the boating trip last weekend - I can see I am not actually much bigger than the others, but still need to have those 8 kgs off to be the average. Especially my belly, arms and legs need improvements.
