Holding Steady/no weight loss,but at least there is no gain. I have not worked out in weeks...between keeping the yard/garden watered and property groomed...it has been time consuming. Had a few weeks where i was feeling crappy, but started eating less refined crap and less food altogether, and I feel better. Work and helping with our 3 Grandchildren takes time too. It's all worth it! It has been a pretty balanced life with work and play. I feel good and am happy!
