This diet was a little easier than I thought 🤔 it would be....only because I ended up getting sick the last 4 days. NOT Covid. Tonsillitis & Sinus infection. Feeling better, but I don't want to spread this nasty virus among others !! I will wear my mask in public to protect the innocent & health compromised.
