Things have not been going so well for that last few weeks, with being sick and going off plan, I'm really happy to see the scale moving again.
Joined a gym and I've going and walking the treadmill and riding the bike at least 3 days a week. That helped greatly with the eating off plan for a week or so.
Feels great to eating the Atkins way again.
