Yikes. Time to make sure I hit that 2600 cal target. I'm within .8 of my lowest weight. Not looking for a gain, but I want to at least maintain - maybe increase very slowly. Workout day.

Once was a time food was my go-to for comfort. I guess if I held it over the last month and a half, I've get it in check.
