Increase in weight again (really need to start weighing consistently though, same time, same scales!) disappointed as had a really good week so far food and exercise wise and feeling healthier. So decided to look at my measurements and there is positive movement!

I think you needn't worry. The weight could be the anomaly. Maybe weigh more often and average out the results because your weight will go up and down from day to day. Well done with your measurements going in the right direction! They are what really matters.

Thanks both. Trying a pilates challenge thing off youtube which is helping the measurements I think. Plus just not buying chocolate spread like you said about peanut butter (although the rest of the family are protesting about this so hoping to last out at least until I break the habit!)
