I also seem to have this belief that if no one saw me eat it then it never existed so therefore no calories were consumed🤫 It is amazing the speed and dexterity I have developed in grabbing something from the depths of the fridge or a cupboard, poping it into my mouth and digesting it before I turn around and I rejoin the real world 🤭 I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to weight loss Another new day and the promise of a new improved me 🤗
