don't know how I made it to 191 but I will take it! got 8 more days till the main event. my goal was 185. I think I'll try some intermittent fasting to see if I can reach that goal. if not no worries for me bc this is more of a lifestyle change n about feeli g good in this body n mind of mine 😌 👌 ☺️
