Oh well..here I am yet again...back on another diet...Down to holiday and visiting family and friends I think..Thing is my legs are going bad so can't even do much walking..infact I'm waiting for a mobility scooter to be delivered.. Thank heavens for stairs... Think that's the only exercise I'll be getting.. Well life is what it is I suppose.. hope you're all well and doing good! xx
