My own motivation to lose weight and become fit and trim is selfish in nature. Besides being tired of being fat I am motivated to go whole hog and better myself in order to have an edge over a certain Grand Haven police officer and his wife who screwed me out of a thirteen year career. I owned a business administering road tests for the State of Michigan and they hounded me to take it over took it over. They finally got it in their name, (stupid, trustful me) and then found the flimsiest excuse on earth to fire me. I can for the first time in my life understand the phenomenon of prejudice. I now hate all police officers due to his actions.
Other than that it sure feels good to feel good!
