wow ... ok I am half way to my Goal ! i am so pumped ! ... 25 more pounds togo ! BF is still @ 31% , Hydration is at 51% Laura is doing great and around 22 weeks and looking beautiful ... i cant wait to be a Dad .... I am praying everyday, watching intake, keeping all things negative under control , focus towards health and learning to love running ..) lol Can't wait to see you my new baby Elizabeth !
