I felt like I needed to talk to someone, as I’m closer to hit rock bottom. Today I weighed myself and I’ve been heavier than ever, Before the pandemic, I was on a steady weight, eating healthy and during 2020 I maintained it. But then 2021 came with more lockdowns and I left myself go. Now I’m 10 kg heavier + the kgs I wanted to drop even pre-2020; I looked myself in the mirror and I felt disgusted with what I see. I just cried in front of the mirror and didn’t verbalised anything as my little one came into the room, and I just don’t want to set a body shaming culture to her. I feel fat, horrible, I can’t really exercise and on top of fat, I have Hypothyroidism which makes it even harder to lose weight. I just want to cry and start again.
