It has been quite some time since actually tracking what I eat and going to the gym. Being sick made me lazy. So I am literally starting over again. Body scan has me at 223lb. My PBF is 30%! That is actually higher than when I first started. I am not looking forward to the difficulties I went through when I first started, but oh well. First thing is to see if I can become consistent with going to the gym again.

You got this... you've been here before. Tracking food... better choices... then gym. You have a great support system here as well. Don't be so hard on yourself we've all slipped up at one point or another. Hardest part is really starting again. Then it's all about consistency.

One step at a time. It's tough if you were sick - that makes me lazy too and it's hard to get motivated again. But you will!

Start by taking a quick walk in the morning 10-15 minutes before eating 4-5 times a week. it's a easier kick start and gets the metabolism going. the first step is a small achievable goal.

Thank you for the support and encouragement. It was a very busy week, and Monday ended up being the only day I could go to gym. But, I had sone serious exercise days just working. All day Thursday vaccinating cattle. Started at 7am ended at 8:30pm. I also had to haul water to the animals as the water well pump quit on me. Friday was much the same and today was super crazy too, replanned the water supply from the new pump to the water troughs. 105 degree heat no breeze and was out there from 8-4. Replaced the water line, repaired a break in the fence and fed the animals. Also took down the tanks I was hauling water so it is easier to haul the hay to feed. And next week I am camping in the mountains. So I am busy and active so I do not mind not being able to hit the gym. I could be eating better. Really need to work on that one.
