Not sure how this happened, but I’m grateful. My mom had a stroke 3 weeks ago so I’ve been spending a lot of time away from home and have not been overly concerned w my food choices. Really thought I would have gained not lost, hope it’s not muscle, my exercise has fallen off some as well, though got some walking in but not my weights.
