So I've been intermittent fasting for about a week or so..and I may not have lost much uet, but I feel a great difference...hardly anymore reflux! I also stopped the Ozempic shots..and shits 🤣🤣🤣but now I'm feeling a little constipated. so I may need to start taking my Magnesium pills at night. and in a week I am going for a colonoscopy..and hopefully get rid of those damn hemorrhoids I've had almost all my adult life..but of course those got worse after having kids so I am looking forward to no hems! I will definitely have to fast all day prior to the colonoscopy. I've also had a family history of colon cancer. My maternal Grandfather died of colon cancer and one of my first cousins is going thru chemo right now for colon cancer. I am 46 yrs old 😁 I need to take care of my body..and prevent anything like that if I can.
