🙄Finally! Lol. I am still learning to stay patient and remain consistent. Happy that I continued doing my strength training. Also happy to report that I have completed one month of doing strength training 2x a week. Pretty good after not lifting a thing for a year. So I have been doing 3 different full body kettlebell exercises, at 3 sets of 12 each, so I am thinking now it's time to add another exercise to my list going into month 2.
