That isn't bad at all. My weight can go up a pound with no reason and usually drops off the next day.

Thanks, Fritzy. I'm not overly worried. 😊 For a few reasons, I was a little off my normal WOE this week. I'll get a little more focused and turn it back around 👍

Yep, Morticia. It's all data to me that I use to guide decisions. Doesn't mean it's the last time I'll relax a little and take the results, but I'll be aware of what I'm doing
