although this looks negative. I am down 4.5lbs in this last week. sadly I came away from tracking and logging which obviously becomes a negative action for my weight. I weighed last week and again today. Having reweighed, I've done a meal planner and a graph for weight loss which will be visably situated in the kitchen for insentive. let's make this restart count.
