Decided to up my cals to 1800 instead of 1650, as I initially calculated my RDI for being sedentary and I've been working out just about every day. Some calculators said I should be between 2000 to 2500 and that just feels like too big a bump for me. We'll see how 1800 works and I'll adjust from there!

I'm also considering a calorie cycle. 1800ish most days, 2200 on day 3 and 1900 on day 6. 🤷‍♀️
