Thanks everyone --- I miss all of you guys too! I am back up to losing 5 pound again --- but just had a day or two of over 2,000 calorie input - (has to happen once in a while - carb up) ... then cut it back again yesterday and today --- and - back in the rut!!! I am really quite "slim" - it is most certainly slightly amazing!
