Even with going to book club last night I am trending downwards. Yay! Having to adjust my fitness routine as I fell out of a yoga pose and injured my knee yesterday so looks like I will be focusing on upper body strength for a bit. I don’t think it’s a serious injury. It feels better than yesterday. Fingers crossed!!!
