Mom took my sis and me out for sister's birthday last night. It was an expensive place and I probably would not eat there again. All of our seafood was too spicy. I had a shrimp dish that was sort of like jambalaya. I ate less than half and took the rest home for Mr C. I did splurge on 2 small pieces of bread, a glass of wine, and a bread pudding, which I shared with mom. She ate way less than I did though. It was very good. I still feel like I'm in control today though. No desire to overeat or give up just because I had a treat last night.
Extra busy today. If I'm productive, I hope I can take my dog for a jaunt around the park. We're both getting cabin fever.
