What a great 6 weeks off I’ve had, weight has either been tracked or let go. This year of maintaining has been harder than losing the weight. So many ups and downs. I’m trying to get back on it now, got a stone to shift before the winter months 👍 x

Maintenance is tough. That's why I remain here. I know I can't be trusted out there on my own!! I try to go into the winter months at a good weight too. In the hope that I can cancel out the Christmas calories before they even happen! Now is a good time to start planning for that.

That is such a good thought. I definitely indulge at Christmas so if I plan well then at least January won’t seem too hard! 😆 I can’t trust myself either, it’s harder when not at work too which is good as I’m back tomorrow! X x
