You can do it. I have faith. Just pile all the treats in front of you and the dog and go for it. Dogs are always willing to share the non-chocolate treats.

I have a confession. Yesterday I went to the A&W to have a coffee and a... ice cream cone. The soft ice cream machine was broken. :(

I have an ice cream cone every Wednesday after bible study. Only 170 calories and I don't want any at other times. I definitely know what I'm going to do when winter comes lol.
