No gain no loss so problem and I am not going to worry.

I read this great quote which I read when I do get worried about the day:

My goal for next Monday is to be 199.8. I will try to make it a perfect week until Sunday.

I will aim for a great week too. No weight projections but I have a lot of work to do. So focus is required.

I know you can do it ChicaLean. Get that work done, gain some muscle to make your body more efficient and we'll celebrated another good week next Monday. I do love that quote since worry just drains you of your energy.

Keep up the great attitude! My success this week was hitting 20% body fat. Very exciting for me indeed!!! My goal for this week is to lose that last pound to reach 100 pounds lost! What about your goals for the week?

Lunarios I am shooting for 199.8 for next Monday. I just weighed in at 202.8 this Wednesday morning so I have 3 pounds to go with 5 more weigh in days. What do you think? And congrats on the loss...that's amazing! I do love motivating quotes. Thanks so much Deb_N. You've always been very supportive and motivating and you're doing great also.
