I cheated a bit today. I had Oram's. It's a local doughnut shop which makes the worlds best, probably most unhealthy, doughnuts. but I was bringing doughnuts in to the office for a calibration and thought if I'm going to eat a doughnut, I better enjoy it. so I just have to be good the rest of the day and not cheat aleast for a week, maybe two cause they are goooooood and huge! I had to enter multiple doughnuts on my food journal cause the biggest size in the database was like 4 inches, and these are like 6-8 inches wide and double the height of a normal doughnut. the only saving grace is that they are airy or puffy. And did I mention its a cinnamon roll made into a doughnut? Sry still thinking about it.
